Frequently asked
How do the readings work?
After you pay, you message me your question (and any context you'd like to share) on WhatsApp. I shuffle, pull your cards with your question in mind, and send your reading in the format you booked: text, voice note or PDF. For live sessions we talk it through together on a video or phone call.
How long until I get my reading?
Quick Question readings arrive within 24 hours, Detailed Readings within 48 hours, and the Year Ahead PDF within 5 days. Live sessions happen at the time slot you choose.
Is my information private?
Completely. Your questions and personal details are only ever seen by me, never shared or published. Read the full Privacy Policy.
What is your refund policy?
If I can't deliver your reading, you get a full refund. Because every reading is created personally for you, completed readings can't be refunded. You can reschedule a live session with 24 hours' notice. Full details on the Terms & Refund page.
What can I ask about?
Love and relationships, career, money decisions, life direction, and personal growth. I don't answer questions about medical diagnoses, legal matters, pregnancy outcomes, lottery numbers or anything about harming a person.
Is tarot a prediction of my future?
I see tarot as a tool for reflection. It shows the energies around you and your likely path, but you always have the free will to choose differently. Readings are for guidance, not a guarantee.
Can I buy a reading for someone else?
Yes. Any reading can be a gift. Message me on WhatsApp and I'll set it up.
