About my readings

Tarot readings are offered for guidance, reflection and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological or financial advice, and I do not make guarantees about outcomes. You remain responsible for the decisions you make. You must be 18 or older to book a reading.

What I don't answer

I don't read on medical diagnoses, legal outcomes, pregnancy or fertility outcomes, lottery or gambling numbers, or questions about harming anyone. If a question falls outside what I can read on, I'll let you know and you'll receive a full refund.

Booking and delivery

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
  • Delivery times are listed with each reading: Quick Question within 24 hours, Detailed Reading within 48 hours, Year Ahead Forecast within 5 days. They run from when I receive your payment and your question.
  • Readings are delivered by WhatsApp, email or PDF, as described for each reading.
  • Readings are personal to you and may not be resold or republished.

Refund policy

  • Full refund if I am unable to deliver your reading, or if I deliver it later than promised and you ask for a refund before receiving it.
  • Full refund if you cancel before I have started your reading (message me as soon as possible).
  • No refund once a written, voice or PDF reading has been delivered, because it is a personalised digital service that can't be returned. If something is wrong, tell me within 7 days and I'll happily clarify or redo it.
  • Live sessions: reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, or missed sessions, are not refundable. If I need to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
  • 3-Session Package: unused sessions can be used within 3 months of purchase. Unused sessions after that are not refundable, and cancelling the package before your first session earns a full refund.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.

Gifts

Any reading can be bought as a gift. The same delivery and refund terms apply, and the gift recipient's details are used only to deliver the reading.
