Auratu ("I", "me") is a tarot reading service run by Sonia Sharma. This page explains what information I collect and what I do with it.
What I collect
- Newsletter sign-up: your name, email address and (optionally) WhatsApp number, if you join the free weekly guidance list.
- Reading requests: the questions and context you share with me on WhatsApp, email or a live call, so I can prepare your reading.
- Booking details: your name, email and chosen time, when you book a live session.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or wallet details go directly to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by me. I receive only a confirmation of payment and your name and contact details.
How I use your information
- To prepare and deliver your reading.
- To send the free weekly guidance, if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To reply to your messages and manage bookings and payments.
I never sell your information, and I never share your reading questions with anyone.
Services that process your data
- Formspree receives newsletter sign-ups.
- Razorpay processes payments.
- Cal.com handles live-session scheduling.
- WhatsApp is used for conversation and delivery of readings.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this website.
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How long I keep it
Reading conversations and booking records are kept for as long as needed to support you and meet legal or accounting requirements, then deleted. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
